The Antenna Interface Standards Group (often referred to as AISG) is a not-for-profit international consortium of communications infrastructure manufacturers and network operators working together to maintain and develop standards for digital remote control and monitoring of antenna line equipment. wireless industry. [1] The alliance was established in November 2001 with five members initially and as of March 2019, there are 45 members worldwide in North America, Asia, Europe and the South Pacific. The consortium has published four versions of its underlying communication standard, AISG v1.0, AISG v1.1, AISG v2.0, and AISG v3.0. The consortium also publishes stand-alone standards detailing details related to its base standards. These standards include connector standards for the AISG RS-485 bus, standards for marking RF connectors on antenna panels, and standards for distribution software and configuration files for XML packaging. All published AISG standards can be downloaded from the AISG web page.
