Q1: Can your connectors/cable assemblies be customized? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We support full-category customization, and can provide exclusive design and prototyping according to your drawings, parameters (electrical/mechanical/environmental performance) and application scenarios (such as military/automotive/medical). The MOQ for standard products is as low as 500pcs, and the MOQ for customized parts is negotiated based on product complexity. We accept both small-batch trial orders and large-volume orders.
Q2: What is the service life, temperature resistance, waterproof and other environmental performance of the products?
A: The full range of products can provide different protection levels (such as IP67/IP68 waterproof), wide temperature range (-40℃~+85℃ and above), high vibration/impact resistance as required. All products have passed the full electrical, mechanical and environmental performance tests in the laboratory, ensuring long-term stable use in complex working conditions such as industry, military and automotive.
