Installation Guide for AS150 Anti-Spark Connector

• Prepare wires: Strip 8-10mm of insulation from 8AWG silicone wire. Tin the strands with solder for clean contact.
• Solder bullets: Insert wire into the open solder cup (5mm diameter). Use a 150-200W soldering iron; heat the cup and flow solder evenly. Avoid overheating the housing.
• Assemble housing: Slide the gold-plated bullet into the reusable nylon housing (red for positive, black for negative). The anti-spark male pin (shorter with resistor) connects first for safe mating.
• Secure sleeves: Snap on the fire-proof connector sleeves/heat-shrink for full insulation and strain relief.
• Test connection: Mate male and female; ensure mechanical lock engages. Perform continuity test and load test (start at low current).
• UAV integration: Secure cable with zip ties; route away from heat sources. For AS150U, add waterproof ring if using signal pins.
